Pessimism happens overnight, optimism happens over time.
Still stoked on running. Tremendous gratitude for daily movement & the act of running. It completely changes the day, and just having tons of fun & being goofy AF in this recovery & lead-up to surgery number 2.
Almost forgot I did get to race once last year. COVID was present and it was just a few weeks out from what became total lockdown.
“I’m not sure what to do with my hands”
12 weeks post op. Right leg is stronger every day & we are in the final phase of returning to run. Plyometrics for the next few weeks & then we start running.
2020 wasn’t all bad.
